The Xgility Quality Management System (QMS) provides an environment of continuous improvement, empowering the Xgility Seaport-e team to offer the Navy high quality services over the life of the contract. Our established QMS system implement repeatable, measurable quality processes and procedures that allow us to sustain and improve the quality of our services.
The objectives of our plan are: to infuse quality into every aspect of the day-to-day work activities; to maintain an organizational culture that encourages innovative thinking and performance, and; to measure effectiveness in fulfilling both individual and organizational quality goals. Simply put, we plan what we do, do what we say, we measure how well we do, and act based on the results of audits, quality control inspections, validations, and evaluations.
Xgility is committed to developing, implementing, and maintaining effective programs and procedures to provide best value products and services to our customers. Xgility accomplishes this through the attainment of defined goals and by using measurable objectives and targets designed to promote continuous improvement.
Our objective is to fully understand the customers’ mission requirements as established for relevant operating environments, and to continually improve Xgility internal processes in order to provide product, process and service performance that surpasses customer expectations, as well as maintaining an effective quality system in support of industry standards.
At Xgility, we are agile practitioners, and believe in quickly delivering value through rapid iterations. Quality is built into our delivery cycle through test automation, continuous integration, and through user validation that comes more rapidly than traditional waterfall project methods. Of course, we are practical too. We’ve learned to map our quality development processes to Federal Operations and Maintenance practices, along with Federal Software Development Lifecycles required by various missions.
